RE: Possible Ranger Guide?
i think that there is a guide on the official forum of Aeriagames... however i copied and pasted the text below:

Build-Types
In this section, each build will be described with its stats division over the modes. The suggested stats are prioritized from standard to decent.

STR Assassin: This build is mainly focused on having a good base attack power. Besides STR, the assassin needs accuracy in order to hit the opponent. This build is focused on STR/DEX. (characteristic about this build is not to have more than 3 DEX per level-up)

NM: 3STR/2DEX, 2STR/3DEX (with good gearing 4STR/1DEX suggested)
HM: 5STR/2DEX, 4STR/3DEX (with good gearing 6STR/1DEX suggested)
UM: 6STR/3DEX, 7STR/2DEX (with good gearing 8STR/1DEX suggested)

My note: STR build is cool, because it is one of the basic starting builds. It is easy, powerful). Good for starters of NM and HM.

DEX Assassin: This build is mainly focused on evasion and accuracy. You are sacrificing your attack power in order to increase your evasion. Although this build is focused on STR/DEX, the characteristic part about this build is that you put 4 stats or more in DEX and is really close to balanced build.

NM: (Prohibidado)
HM: 3STR/4DEX
UM: 5STR/4DEX (very, very powerful and safe build)

My note: The DEX build is incredible as an UM. Don’t think 5STR/4DEX is a weak build, due to lack of damage, but it is very safe build to tank more mobs at same time, where your AoE will do the job.

REC Assassin: For all those who likes to be annoying in the battlefield with the least look on the resurrection-screen, this is your chance. This build mainly focused on evasion and shielding. A pure REC build is not good at all, since you will miss all the attacks. So, it requires a bit of DEX. This build is focused on REC/DEX or STR/REC/DEX.

NM: (Prohibidado)
HM: Actually inadvisable, but if you really want to, than go for 5REC/2DEX.
UM: 6REC/3DEX, 5REC/4DEX (PvP annoyer).
5STR/2REC/2DEX (Safe build in case your evasion fails).

My note: I tried the 4REC/5DEX in PvP 20-30. It is funny, and annoying, and Alliance hate hit me with miss, miss, miss, but I still have the idea that I miss some defence. A good warrior/fighter has almost as much DEX as an assassin. So DEX has less chance to work. You better focus a bit more on REC in this case.

LUC Assassin: People are saying the LUC build is powerful, where others are saying the STR build is more powerful. I can say, they are both powerful (read more in LUC build vs. non-LUC build section). The LUC build is in fact a bit cheaper than the STR build when it comes to gears, but that is just a detail. Anyway, always have more than 400+ LUC. Everything below 400 is considered as weak. This means, it is a bad choice to start a new character and grind with LUC build all by yourself (unless you are getting powerlvled or leached from PP )

NM: (Prohibidado unless you have the perfect gearing for it (dreads).
HM: 1STR/2DEX/4LUC (stop putting LUC when it reached 225-250 and than go 5STR/2DEX, which is about level 50+ and level 53 preferred).
UM: 5STR/2DEX/2LUC (suggested by Killer595 if you want go LUC build from start)

My note: I myself don’t like grinding from level 1 to the top with a LUC build. It is better to go STR and DEX builds from start and restat at later level. The suggested restat level is 53, that is when you attained the incantation skill lvl3. My HM and UM assassins are both LUC build, pretty nice so far. I used the goal driven build, also known as the hybrid build, using a standard of LUC = 450-475, DEX = 300-450+, STR 300-500 in order to make this LUC build possible.

The guide is done by Avalon_42 (Is a Fury but ranger and assassin is the same class but different side)

I hope is usefull =)

Defenders

Hello. I thought we should make threads with links to the forums for builds and etc....

My build for Defender is full REC. Whether NM, HM, or UM the full REC build gives you the HP to survive the game. Good LUC. I'll post a skill list in this thread when I have the time.

This is a great guide if you need direction.

A few hints for those of you out there who are running your defenders. First, when you log on, don't bother doing quests solo since we all know you couldn't hurt a fly. Get a mage or party to do your quests this is time efficient. Just pick up quests as you go and when you 'happen by' the quest area then divert the party to what you need.

Power Levelling

Power levelling is something which everyone in the game wants. MajestiC Tanks get a standard rate of 4 million to 8 million per hour for power levelling. You might get caught up in doing an entire level for someone; however, you need to consider what kind of time that will take. From level 10 to level 11 might only take 5 minutes; whereas, taking someone from level 49-50 might take 8 hours. I urge you to do hourly rates only, so you don't get caught 'keeping your word' for hours for minimal gain. Also, Real Life Happens so you might not get compensated if you can't finish the entire level for some reason. Don't be taken advantage of. Take half the payment up front, and a full payment at each hourly interval, with a half a payment at the end. For example if you agree to power level someone for 4 million per hour: Take 2 million before you begin, and then 4 million at the beginning of the second hour. When you quit then take only half a payment for the last hour. If you only provide half an hour then take nothing.

MajestiC Tanks do not charge other MajestiCs for this service!

This doesn't mean that we can't accept gifts such as lapis/armor/weapons for the service. However, no gold is to be exchanged for this service nor is it appropriate to pre-decide that another type of gift will be exchanged for this service.

Power Levelling Within the Guild

Welcome to MajestiC.

At times the guild will require you to power level for other guild members. There's a few stipulations to these situations you should know about. First, power levelling one or two guildies is discouraged. If you are power levelling then get as many guildies together as possible to make the session as fruitful as possible. The math is simple. Shaiya doesn't take the entire number of experience points and divide it evenly amongst the party members. It gives an XP penalty. 7 member parties receive about a 40% penalty. An example: say the mobs pay 1000 XP for solo players. For a party of 7 it will pay 600 each; or 600 times 7 which equales 4200 XP for the same mob. Once you realize this you'll understand that the overall benefit to the guild is greater in the larger parties.

Locations for Power Levelling

Levels 08-12 Vagabond Bears
Levels 13-15 Sealakels Around Keo, Ogre Hunters Cloron Forest
Levels 15-22 Cornwell Ruins
Levels 20-25 Fedion Forest and Seiferon Lake
Levels 23-27 Sealakels Map 2
Levels 23-28 Pirates and Bears, Pharos Temple
Levels 25-29 Looters, Killers, and Golems (Central Mound), Fedion Dungeon
Levels 29-35 Golems(Elaste Valley), Orcs in front of Mait, Sealakels(Map3), Fedion Dungeon
Levels 34-40 Mait, Cloron, D1
Levels 40-45 Cloron
Levels 45-50 Pando and EC
Levels 49-52 D2
Levels 52-57 Dino, Desert
Levels 57-50 Stigma Cave

Remember, power levelling is done at your convenience. Don't power level if you're already in a team of guildies at the same level. Occasionally a guild leader will request that you power level a group of MajestiCs. Do so if it's convenient for you. Remember, if we all provide the service to each other, then we'll benefit from being power levelled ourselves at another time. This service works best when it's readily available to all of us.

Suggested Way to Level Your Defender

If you simply level your defender and choose guildmates for your party then you in essence are enriching MajestiC while advancing your own character. This is the preferential method of play. Power Levelling is less efficient than this because in power levelling the defender is 'Out of Party' and receiving no XP himself.

In addition to the above guide, I would like to here from the more experienced fighters about specific builds.

Cimmnerrian offers this advice for fighters: 33% STR/33% DEX/33% LUC.

Also there are a few PVP guidelines in the following posts:

Mages

This guid is meant only as reference fell free to make your chars as you wish .
First thing is the elemental damage bonus : fire>wind>earth>whater>fire
non the les ther are some elements that do a decent damage to others such as wind against whater. The truth is that using same element as the mob wil do a decent damage as well example: fire agasit fire.

Now to the builds:
Mages get 1 extra stat point each lev + the aditional 5nm 7hm and 9hm you can frely add on any stat.Ther is a wide wariety of builds that can be sed here...

Int(full) mage
Hig damge, realy good for partys, the bad part on this one is the low mp this can be solved whit buying the wise loops (i personaly do this and don't have any prob) also for the dreads adding some mp lapis is perfect. adds: 5int(nm,em) 7int(hm) 9int(um)

Int(partial)mage
Hig damage (not as the befor mentioned but stil decent damage). This can be aplied to the mages that add some wise each level(normaly it's aded until the basic wis is 30) this could result helpfull if you don't whant to waste mony on the wise loops, but your'll lose some damage (nothing is free in this life). adds: 4int/1wise(nm,em) 5int/2wise(hm) 7int/2wise(um)

Rec mage
This particular one is the ones that add a bit mroe rec than int.Ther meant for solo/farming mostly because not alot of ppls whant to party whit them becasue of the low damage and ther necesity on relying on the dot damage(fire brush fire, fire torn etc...).This one desesperatly would nedthe wise loops or put on lapis whit wise in case they don't whant to lose iven more int points. The real good point in this ones is the hig chanse of geting alive(realy good for ums that aren't so rich). adds: 5rec, 3rec/2int(Nm,em) 5rec/2int, 4rec/3int, (hm) 9rec, 7rec/2int, 5rec/4int(um)

Luc(full) mage
It's realy a try to copy an archer.Good damage in crits but low in normal atks. The more points the beter, so this one will probably be realy good in hig levs.Could ned the wise loops or adding mp lapis. Adds: 5luc(nm easy) 7(hm) 9(um)

Luc(partial) mage
It's like the above one but a bit diferent they can go whit some int, wise or iven rec(they would ned alot of this one ...).Ther totaly hibrids the point ading is aleatory. adds: 3luc/2int (nm,em) 3int/4luc or 5 luc/2int(hm) 9luc, 5luc/4int, 5rec/2int/2luc(um)

Equipment:
I realy recomend dagers for full ints and staf for rec and luc mages.

Lapising time
Each int point adds 1,3(more or les) to the damage. The asault lapis also afects the magic atk but a bit les each 1point of asult gives 0,5(more or les) to magicatk damage.Wise gives roudn the same amount like asaults.

Leveling
The int mages are best in partys but in solo(that is why i sed dagers) ned to atk from the max distance, if you see you can kil 1 moster befor it reacehs you whit some area of efect atks(such as turbulance, storm etc) try grabing 2 or 3 at a time(have hp pots just in case). The rec mages are totaly solo, grab as many mosters as you can(ye defender practice XD) and use fire brush and fire thorn later on use wind magic (no cast times ones). The luc mages might get in partys but low chanses out of the guild, basicaly same as the int stragegy.
